Apex Systems AI is an automation consulting and implementation business operated by Frank Avendano, based in San Diego, California. We build operational systems for dental practices and service businesses.

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We do not store credit card or payment information on our systems. We take reasonable precautions to protect information in our care, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party hosting

This site is hosted on third-party infrastructure (such as Vercel). These providers may log IP addresses and request metadata as part of standard hosting operations. We do not control their independent data practices.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
